For over 100 years the Roland Mill in Bremen has belonged to the leading manufacturers of grain ground products in Europe. We are a modern, medium-sized family business in its sixth generation.
With around a hundred employees we process approx. 360,000 tons of wheat and rye each year. We produce flours and other ground products customised especially to suit your requirements.

In the Group of Grain Millers, a group comprising 3 medium-sized family businesses with mill locations in Bremen, Münster, Recklinghausen and Bad Langensalz, among others, we create a perfect synergy from the advantages of grain cultivation region, port location and consumer area from the advantages specific to the locations.
