For the industrial production processes. For the manufacturing of buns, donuts, croissants, baguettes, biscuits, wafers and many more. All bakery products have their own characteristics and unique requirements concerning the flour.

Mixed flours

We produce each requested mixture of crushed products according to our customers' requirements. More than 10 different granulations made from carefully cleaned rye in excellent and reliable quality. For top class whole meal bread.

Extremely dried flours

Such flours are gently and carefully manufactured in the Roland Mill without any loss of quality, even with residual moisture below 5 %.
